A similar thing happen when I ordered a $300 product and was never notified about a work shop I had paid for 2 seats, from Russell I lost out completely When he was still on Bank Drive, before his move to the "hill" It's unfortunate . . .He or his business seems to have lost touch Or perhaps it is acceptable collateral damage, when you have such a huge following. I am a business person myself . . .I believe that every person has value. I bought both his Micro Continuity info and his recent Instant Micro Continuity web site. Now all of a sudden his big words about "Partnerships" is just talk and no action. Poor delivery of products and zero customer service. The phone is never answered buy a real person and nobody returns phone calls. Since Justin and Russell are buds maybe he can put a bug in his ear. Maybe Russell is spending too much time with the wrestling thing and too little time minding his own store. I am another one complaining about Russell Brunson’s customer service.
