Free PPC Blueprint From Amir Darwish

Justin, I need some help and I'm not sure where to turn to. I have been doing real estate investing and have recently gotten my RE License in both California and Arizona. My main Realtor activities will be in La Quinta, CA. I need to have a website built and I know what I want. I have every page drawn out. I used to work for IBM - Driect Marketing exec. But I'm not the HTML person, my skills are marketing. In my research I have gone to a lot of Realtor site and for the most part they are non-response driven. I know I'm breaking the mode a bit, but that is my nature. I have limited funds and I'm willing to do work. I see this as a significant business opportunity to set up a template and sell versions of my website to other realtors who are still doing business the old way. Can we talk? If there's a template driven capability that will work, I'm ok with that as long as I can get the video/rotating picts, and MLS links, as well as a data base and autoresponder capabilities. From the comments I can say that PPC is always firstly disappointing for everyone of us. I also failed in PPC when I started, but I didn't gave up... now you can call it my will power or my high bank accounts at that time.

But I've learned a lot... but after watching the video I got deeper into PPC. You were right, you made me Thank you.

Hey, Justin, I tried Google Adwords, but I never made a profit. I started at 2.00 a day. I created a guitar review website, but I tried it for 30 days. So I will try this again and try to go over these videos to get some ideas. Maybe my keywords weren't right. So I will try to go back to the drawing board after watching these videos.

Hey Ray,

Make sure you are split testing your pages and rotating which affiliate offers you are using. Also remember to keep the keywords very specific.

For example if I was reviewing jamorama... I would only bid on keywords with "jamorama" in it and not stuff like "learn guitar"

I never just make a page and send traffic and then hope and pray. I make a page, send traffic, and then tweak it until I see results. The biggest thing you can do to recover your costs is drive that traffic to a listbuilding page and follow up with an autoresponder series at least 7 messages long.

Wow, great timing. I've just started with AdWords & it's working out rather well so far. I'm kinda scared my mind will explode as i've come to some realizations how profitable this can be. Wow.

I am feed up of losing money on ppc, that the beast i want to tame.

I have just signed up for PPC coaching and it is a great place to learn more about ppc.

The videos here are great. i will be watching these a number of time to get it to sink in.

WOOT! Glad to hear website flipping is working out well for you. The hardest part for me in teaching website flipping is getting people to just try it... everyone that does makes money but like 80% of them never take the first step.

it's all about chosing right keywords,
dumping the unprofitible keywords,
and keep it a moving.

Actually Yeast Infection was my first campaign i started with.
I consistently made sales, but could never move it any higher
then just breaking- even/barely profitable. I ended up pausing that campaign.

Be careful! it's soo easy to blow that cash fast,
I blew threw $3000 and made $1000, within a week my first.
I wasn't keeping good enough track of my sales/costs.

Take Justin's info to heart, Start SMALL!

Your approach to tackling small numbers of keywords with a small daily investment makes absolute sense and it's helped change my perspective on how to approach PPC.

Hey James when I first started with PPC I was SUPER broke and really didn't know what I was doing. So I started out with only 5 keywords and just $2 per day.

This did a couple things for me...

1.) Decreased my fear and risk to the point of it almost being boring.

2.) Kept things easily manageable

I knew that if I could get just 5 keywords to work then I could add 5 more and 5 more and 5 more...

And I wasn't using big giant traffic keywords either because that was too fast, scary, and unmanageable. I used very targeted keywords that only attracted the type of people that absolutely wanted what I was selling.

For example if I was selling a tomato growing secrets book then I wouldn't go after the keyword "tomato growing" instead I went after "tomato growing book" and the titles of other popular tomato growing books.

That way the people who clicked my ads (and cost me money) HAD to be people that were looking for what I was selling.

I also didn't try to trick them with fancy ads. My ad was like a mini-version of my website. For example...

Tomato Growing Book
I'll Teach You The Secrets To Growing
Bigger Tomatoes. Buy Now For Only $19.99

When someone reads an ad like that and clicks on it they have already subconsciously agreed that you have what they want at a price they are comfortable with. If they didn't want a tomato growing book or couldn't afford $19.99 then they would never have clicked your ad.

Try those tips out, take it slow, and build upon your successes gradually...

Justin, Thanks For this. I wanted to know how you did this on $2 a day. I'm going to give it a go. In the UK, some companies are giving away coupons for £25 - £50 of free Adwords advertising. So with this technique, I must make sales with targetted keywords! Thanks again - Colin Baptiste

I have tried to win at ppc a few times but have come up on the losing end everytime, I feel by looking through your blog that my methods were the reason for my loss.

I think I need to go back and start again but this time with your help and a lot better commitment (I only ever got half way through the ebooks I bought and thought I could do it all) lol.
